Everything from the first contact with Crittall Installation Services to discuss my new windows and doors, to the final installation could not have been better. All members of staff were very professional, easy to talk to, friendly and wanted to please. The quality of the windows and doors is superb as is the installation. To say that I am delighted would be an understatement, to say the least.

Peter came out to replace a blown piece of glass in our windows, he arrived when he said he would, he knew our tight deadline and said he could squeeze us in and did. From start to finish he was highly professional, did everything he said he would and the office communication was great and efficient aswell. Will definitely use again when we need new windows and would highly recommend.Genuine, honest and well priced.

We compliment this company on the very excellent service from start to finish that they have provided replacing seven misted double glazed leaded panels. We are extremely pleased with the initial survey, competitive price and very efficient and professional installation and are very satisfied with the whole experience of contracting with them and the excellent outcome.

Nice company to deal with. The guys fitted some byfold doors, roof lights, and aluminium coping to the flat roof walls.All completed on time to a high standard. No mess, left the place spotless!
